1) Are all desserts infused?
Yes—our pastries are cannabis-infused by default and clearly labeled with mg per serving. Need a non-infused version for mixed groups? Add a note at checkout and we’ll confirm.
2) I’m new to edibles—where should I start?
Start low and slow with 1–2 mg THC, then wait 90–120 minutes before considering more. Effects vary by person, metabolism, and whether you’ve eaten—our product pages include portioning tips.
3) Do you ship? What are pickup/delivery options?
We offer local pickup and delivery. THC-infused items cannot ship due to regulations; select non-infused items and merch can ship nationwide. Age verification (21+) may be required at pickup/delivery.
5) How far in advance should I order? Is there a minimum?
Standard menu: 24-48 hours. Custom flavors, larger quantities, or events: 5–10 days. No minimum for regular menu; custom/wholesale may have minimums (we’ll confirm in your quote).
6) What’s your cancellation and refund policy?
Orders canceled 12 hours before pickup are refundable minus processing fees. Less then 12 hours are non-refundable because production has begun. If anything’s off with your order, contact us within 24 hours.
7) How do you calculate potency (mg per serving)?
We use a transparent formula: starting material potency → infusion yield → recipe yield → serving size. Each product page shows estimated mg/serving plus how to cut portions for consistent dosing.
8) Allergens and dietary options—what should I know?
Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts; cross-contact is possible. We can often create reduced-risk or alternative versions (e.g., dairy-free) for custom orders—ask before purchasing.
9) How do I store and reheat your pastries?
Most pastries keep 1–2 days at room temp, 3–5 days refrigerated, and up to 2 months frozen (airtight). Reheat at 300°F (150°C) for 5–8 minutes until just warm. Freezing doesn’t meaningfully change potency, but texture can soften.
10) Are your mocktails alcohol-free? Can they be infused?
Our mocktails are zero-proof by design. Where allowed, we can infuse and clearly label mg/serving; otherwise they’re cannabis-inspired (non-infused) and crafted to pair with our desserts.
